Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 48 hours in advance. Confirmed appointments are given a 10 minute grace period depending on the service booked. After 10 minutes the client is considered a no show, and the appointment will be canceled. All clients have the opportunity to call or go online to reschedule their appointment. If a client has reached 3 no call/no shows the client will be required to pay a reinstatement fee of $50.00 to book again. Deposits are “nonrefundable” and will be credited towards appointments. All appointments with 2-3 hour booking times are given a 30 minute grace period from the start time of appointment. After 30 minutes has passed the appointment will be canceled. Deposit will be forfeited to the stylist for no show. To avoid losing deposit, please call to cancel or reschedule “48 hours” in advance. If deposit is not paid online, client must pay on site 48hrs before scheduled appointment during business hours, or the appointment will be canceled.
